The publications of VisionDeutschland are carried out in exercise of the constitutionally protected freedom of opinion and parties (Art. 5 para. 1, Art. 21 GG). We use state-of-the-art technological systems (incl. AI-assisted analysis) to prepare facts. The final legal and editorial approval is solely the responsibility of the aforementioned person in charge.

The content of this website is created with the utmost care. According to § 7 para. 1 DDG we are responsible for our own content under general laws. As a service provider we are not obliged under §§ 8 to 10 DDG to monitor or investigate transmitted or stored third‑party information for indications of unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability for this is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement.
